We have spent the last day and a half dodging people, traffic, scooters in order to see Rome. We did manage to see the Colosseum, Palatina, Vatican, St. Peter's and Vatican Museum. Only a two hour wait, but there is some fascinating art there, including the Sistine Chapel. We are tired and looking forward to the last three weeks of a more relaxed pace, at least that is the intention. Our next stop is our relatives in Germany, if we can get to the airport in good time and it all works. The flight leaves at 8:20 am, but we will have to leave our hotel around 4:30 or 5:30.

It looks like you are having an amazing adventure. I am so glad that you have this time to do that - all though we do miss you. Enjoy the rest of you trip!!
